When I try to sign in with my user name and password, it wont work. When I answer the "secret question" ...it says a new password has beem mailed to me...but it never arrives?
Any tips?

If you're on AOL, check your spam folder. Sometimes it likes to think things are spam when they're really not, and vice-versa.

have you answered any securty survays that came in your email.
if so you are ****ed. cause those are fake and those people are useing it to gain acess to your account and change the info so you would never be able to get back in.
there might be a # to call on therer page or email there help dept.
hope it works out for you.
ebay will never eamil you aksing for that info. ( why would they need to they allready have it)

Nope never answered any securty survays in the email. Just set up an account with Pay-Pal, and that was separate from the E-Bay site. Thats about it.

Understood...what I ment to say was i did'nt set up pay pal through ebays site...I went directly to pay pal.
This sign has always been a problem on my end...I should here from them in 24 hrs.
