I moved to Boise at 11pm the night before the quake. I almost chose the grapevine instead of the Cajon pass to get to here.
Couldn't believe it when I saw the news the next day.

Those are bad memories I imagine. Like I said i have never felt a quake i did not feel the 4.5. I do not wish to either! We get some hellacious Hurricanes here and some Tornadoes, but very rare for an Earthquake!!! Maybe a warning?

Another close call. Is it worth it to live out there? I used to live in Napa Valley, don't remember any quakes though.

I was on the freeway doing 70 MPH (in the fog) when the Northridge quake hit (6.7)...
If your radar detector was on it would have picked up the waves and warned you
