If you want me to roll my house out of the yard why didn't ya just say so?
what is the law regarding selling/getting rid of someone's personal property because they wont remove it from your home?
If you want me to roll my house out of the yard why didn't ya just say so?
Send them a certified letter, return receipt requested, stating that they have XX number of days to remove their property (detailed list prefered). (Keep copies) Also note in the letter how long the stuff has been there.
After the time frame, do with it what you want.
This doesn't apply to things required to be registered, such as a vehicle or watercraft. There are other procedures for them.
thanks, alan. i have been searching the statutes trying to see if there is a specific number of days that you have to give/wait.
