I'm thinking of adding a nose cone to my King Cobra has anyone tried this? What are your experiences?
Where did you find a cone for a cobra?
Is changing the h20 pump on a cobra outdrive as easy as it is on the king cobra?

INTENSE-yes it is,thats why I replace mine every spring! NG

About how much does the pump cost?

I believe Land and Sea (shift prop people) have nose cones for the King Cobra. They are on the web but I am not sure of the URL.
JC
CP Performance and Hydromotive both offer it for $95.
INTENSE- The kit from NAPA auto parts is about $27.00 , the part # you need is #18-3212-1 , it has everything but the plastic housing.
As for the nose cones thats really interesting that theyre out there for these. Never really looked for one before. Our old sled only gets in the +60's dont think they do much unless youre in the 80+ class. http://free.***boat.net/ubb/frown.gif NG
