Im looking for a set of bbc 4.500 forged pistons. To be used with a 4.00 stroke and stock lenght rods. I will be using 990 heads (118cc). Any suggestion on where to get the best prices? Please let me know? I would like them to be 9 to 1 and up but not more than 10.5

This is where I bought my pistons at, quite a bit cheaper than others I found.

Flatlander does have good prices, but keep in mind the don't stock a lot of stuff. They ship most things from the manufacturers. My experience wasn't very good with them. They never followed up with manufacturers, heck, they didn't even know that the manufacturers didn't have the parts I ordered. After 2 months of horrid customer service and no crank, pistons and rods I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get credit back for my order. To me there is no price worth this kind of ordeal.
I've had good luck with coast high performance, summit, and several others.

I have a set of SRP's brand new 4.500 flattops, only they're for 4.25 stroke. So step up to a 540 with the money you save from new ones! P.M. me, I don't have a set price in mind right now.
