Thanks njba rescue. That was one of our boats that giroux was driving. As for us racing anymore well after today we are done.It hits too hard when a teamate crashes. We are just glad he was able to walk away he is sore but for crashing a taf he is very lucky.
Sidenote for those that think a chute jacket is expensive well after watching video it saved his life as far as i am concerned it slowed him from sliding across the water and keeping him away from the boat impact area.(he was inline but stopped short)

Glad to hear Sean is OK. Sorry to hear your going to stop driving
Robert. Your doing so good. But I hear where you're coming from. Family is number one. \
Is Sean going to quit racing. He's been doing this a long time?

Robert, You have to listen to the little voice inside your head. It told me to get out and so I did. Sounds like it's telling you to do the same. No shame in that at all. You went out and did it and did it well!
Now take your family out to the river and have some fun!
I was standing right there when Sean got wet. His chute did what it was supposed to do! Bummer to see the boat get damaged but it was great to see him put his hand up right away.

It was good to see that there was no tumbling when he rolled out of the boat and little damage when he waved his hand that he was OK!
Sad that the driving duties are at an end. And am glad you did as well last year as can be done!
    Good times are still ahead!
