The benefits of computer use

My grocery bill and my toilet paper use have dramatically decreased since I got a computer ... posting is saving me $$! LOL!
Seriously does anyone else eat less often and/or take fewer trips to the bathroom cuz they are too busy on the puter and are 'just gonna do this one thing first' and it becomes more like ten things?
Only downside for me is getting that startled feeling of "OMG that can't be the right time!" I don't like that, no.
I've had to use a timer a few times to remind myself of other things that need doing.
