Congrats! The new house looks awesome! And what a price! That won't buy a shack in So. Cal any more. I just wish I had te nads to make the move to the Phoenix area. Seems to be a way better place to live than here.

You cant even get that good of a deal in MorenoValley. Just dont start rooting for the Phoenix Suns now I will keep in touch with you about the progress of my repairs when I start them this winter. Have fun moving in the new house. Atleast you are closer to the river now.
