Looking for blower to intake torque specs. 7/16" aluminum studs. Cant find my torque specs.

I don't think there are any. Leave belt off. "Snug" each bolt from the center outward while turning the blower. Make sure there is no binding of the blower.
Snug is the best way I know to put it. Maybe someone can tell you better.

    Weiand spec 8-10#'s.
Does the addition of a chiller affect the torque specs though?

I don't think it does, but he said he was going from blower to intake so I thought I'd add the details of my setup. Good question

I've been wondering with the stainless bolts for the chiller and the extra 4 to 5" of chiller itself do you still get the same clamping pressure at the intake.
Where's all the physics whiz bangs here?

Its a Weiand 6-71. I remember the torque being really low because of the aluminum studs. Not quite sure why the studs are aluminum, Maybe to keep the coeefficent of expansion the same?

Proper way is aluminum studs. So they break when you explode the blower. Light torque is all that is needed anyway as you can (and some people do) distort the blower case.

Who makes AL studs for a chiller?
