HOW BIG IS THE JOB?.

small job. Wants to level about 10ft of the lot in the rear. It would only be the back of the lot, but some leveling and drainage would be involved. Needs to be able to do some plans for the city permit.

DOES HE NEED A RETAINING WALL,IF HE DOES HE WILL NEED AN ENGINEERED SET OF DRAWINGS,IF NOT HE CAN BUILD A GARDEN WALL UP TO 6' HIGH BY CITY STANDARDS,HE CAN GET THOSE AT THE CITY.ASK FOR THE DRAWINGS FROM PLANNING DEPT.
