I don't know. If these are the major jerks that they must be to ahve pulled this type of stuff, they'll probably leave it, the name, on just to get in a fight.
A boat has to meet minimum tonnage requirements in order to qualify for documentation. The average cutoff is 28' minimum. If the boat in question is 25', it is not documented unfortunately in this case.
