has anyone stayed at these three hotels and if so which is the best keepin in mind boat parking, distance from a ramp, etc... or if you have any other suggestions that aren't draining your pocket for a little weekend?

For the money and what you get try the Nautical Estates (http://www.havasuvacationrentals.com/) instead. You get a condo with a kitchen and tey still come and clean your condo. Way better than any hotel.

Great! No problems parking a truck and 30'er in their spaces. Plenty of room always.
Echo Nautical Estates...be sure you tell the gal that answers that you're in town for the regatta...you'll get a discount for it.

i went to that website and it only rents houses and mobile homes right???
parking is very limited...the motel is very old and ran down.
the rooms are so bad, the beds are gross and they also have the old fashion air conditioning units that are incredibly loud.
