Did Tahiti Boats have any success in the racing circuit back in the day? Was there a factory team? Just wondering have not heard much about there racing history.

I'm not familiar with any official "Racing Team" persay that Tahiti had. I have known and seen a few individual folks that raced years ago with Tahiti Hulls but they usually didn't do very well since the Tahiti is a heavy boat to begin with, and it also could use some bottom work done to it. Oldrigger would know best though on this one
