    one thing I noticed on mine is there is a 10 ga orange wire on my terminal block labeled Alt that runs from the alternator up to the dash and ampmeter. Since I am going to a voltmeter I will not use this wire. Think I will use the wire for the fuel pump and saves me having to run another wire up there.

    Thanks guy's. I recently acquired a 18' Dimarco, that will need one.
    here's a quick and rather rough drawing for wiring up the bow and stern lights.

    Power should be pulled off a constant hot and not off the ignition circuit.
