I guess it depends on how you look at it. Fact remains that you'd make more money doing more basic installs using unit/4's/amp(s)/sub during the same amount of time as a 3 - 6 week custom job... In that sense, it's a loss.
We just run two different types of installers, I have my custom guys and i have my bread and butter guys. That way I dont lose any of the jobs that come in
I have built many demo, SEMA, CES vehicles for numerous vendors and they kinda leave it up too what you want to do as long as thier product is being displayed in the best possible manor and tweed is definetly not one of them in the year 2004 but whatever floats yer boat right????
