Right now the water level is down approximately 140 ft. The water level hasn't started coming back up yet due to the fact that the Bureau of Reclaimation is releasing the required down river allotments now until March 31. With these increased releases, the level is dropping about 1/3 of an inch a day.
The good news is that with the snow packs being 140-160% of normal in Western Colorado, the rise is anticipated to be in the neighborhood of 50 feet. Not too bad for a single year.
