The motors not a 392 it's either a 331 or 354.

It's an Early Chrysler, 1955 - 1958 either a 331 or 354. it's not a 392. You've built a couple of these look at the heads, the 392 has more space between the top of the valve cover and the intake.

:argue: Bob, I see the space, I run 354 heads on mine. The easiest way to tell is the intake runner is at the head surface on the 392 and the 354 is about a inch higher. Great for my motor, raised runner and a sheet metal intake.... Oh lets not forget No2... Brings them to life, like a blower,but less weight, but then again with that heavy old monster whats a few pounds... Have you checked mine out yet????Mike

Yea the 1955 331 and 56 354 heads are definitly the ones to run.
