Hello everyone. I just bought a 19ft 73 wreidt maverick recently. Sweet old boat. I was wondering if anyone had info on this boat. Most interested in weight of hull and strength. It has a 455 of course and 12jb berk pump. Also info on changing the pump oil. There are 2 small plastic threaded fittings on the top outside of the pump. How do you change the oil. How much, and what kind of oil is the best. Also any other jet boating info would be great. This looks like a great site with lots of great jet boating info. Thanx
welcome.....i have a 74 wreidt maverick, bbf, berk and i love it. as for those fittings....take them both out and fill it with gear oil till it comes out the other side and your good to go.
