I am in so cal and just had to do this also. 6400$ for a 2200 sq ft home. + 3000$ to upgrade the meter and 1" line under the street to the trunk line.

I have worked in the fire sprinkler business since 1978. But we are in L.A./O.C area. We only work on commercial buildings, not residential. You can look in the phone book or go to a sprinkler supply house. Pacific Fire & Safety maybe up north.
Do not know anyone who does sprinklers but if you need flooring done let me know. Thats what I do..
