You sissy, that thing will run without a bar loader.
Wilton is THE guy to go to for gun drillin'. His daughter and son-in-law are running it now though. Bub doesn't show up much anymore.
Tell Deyon and Christie I said Hi!!
I wish pal, it ain't that easy, you don't walk away from a lathe turning steel, not if you care about your machine.
    You will see young grasshopper.

yeah I know. It's more that I need it to show up all on the same truck and installed at the same time. Also it's all rolled into the same loan so I want everything I'm paying for when the payments start. I thought I'd have it by now.
As far as easy, well nothing worth doing ever is. But it has to be better then how I'm doing it now.

    Thats too cool.
I go out occationally and watch my guy load the lathe then load the bridgeport. He hands it off to a guy that deburrs, installs a cutter then an "o" ring then screws on a cap that he thread milled 6 at a time. puts a decal on it and puts it in a box.
14,000 of them later they are done. 25 times per hour.

No splines yet, I have to drill a bolt pattern in it and then it is off to splining.
I'll shoot some pictures of it and post them.
