2005 F-150 Super Crew

The wife is getting a brand new Dodge SLT Quad Cab with the Hemi and 20's from her company. No point in paying $500 a month on a 4-runner that is just going to collect dust in the garage. So, we are trading in my truck and her 4-runner and are looking to purchase a new 2004 or 2005 F-150 Super Cab with the 5.4, any opinions. We are choosing the Ford because I get a very nice fleet discount with the company I work for.

Have a friend that just bought one and he says it is the best purchase he has made on a new car or truck, quiet, solid, and plenty of power. Lots of room also, he is about 6'-8" and said it fits him good.

my buddy has the crew cab 5.4 2wd and its super quiet inside, and runs good

Ditto here...My friend just got one and he loves it. I think they have the best interiors of all current trucks. He installed a leveling kit and put on some new wheels and tires. The tires he put on, 315/70/17's, (almost 35" tires) look real nice. I am pretty happy with my Dodge diesel, but Ford does make some nice trucks.

I'm a Chevy guy and have a crew cab with the Quadrasteer which rocks. If you're getting a deal on the Ford, go for it. I do like the interior of the new Fords.
