As some of you know we have purchased a new home in Havasu:)
So now I have to sell the one we built in 2000. Some of you have been asking for info on this home so here it is.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 car garage with a 50' Drive thru boat deep bay. 1620 Sq.Ft., Tile roof. Guest Bath has a tiled in Jetted tub. Complete house is tiled except bedrooms. Backs to BLM land on the Lake side of Hwy at the south end of town looking towards parker.
The views out the back are amazing and very private.
I'm putting it on the MLS today at $349K but if I sell it myself to a board member I will sell it for 334K(Bottom Line).
Here are the Pics:
Front ( Has 20' wide RV parking on West side of house w/hook-ups)

Plenty of room to park boats all over the place.(Just ask my neighbors, we have had up to 4 or 5 boats here at once)
You can drive into the back yard. their is 20 feet on the side of the home leading to the back.
P.S. Tiburon, We use to live in LaMirada before we moved to Havasu.

It's a great deal if you look at it this way. A 1620s.f. home in So. Cal is going for twice that amount. ;)
Any pics of the garage, Warlock??

I've been in it, and it is a really nice garage. Two bays for vehicle storage, and one deep bay with doors at front and rear. He has his 25' Warlock in it with lots of room to spare. Built in cabinets to boot.
Nice house in a nice area (lake side of highway) and nice neighborhood.

Actuall it's a 28' Warlock:D
The 25 was my last boat.
The 50' boat deep bay is a little narrow, but we usuall stab it in there on the first or second try.

Hmmmm, I wonder what we could get for ours? I like the lakeside location and the bigger garage. It would also be nice to take the dirt toys straight out the back yard to ride. :)

Garage doors are 8' tall, Most boats in the 30' range will fit in.
Plenty of room for a large pool and spa (we got a bid for 25K) easy access to drive back to the back of the lot to build the pool.
If it doesn't sell we are going to build a pool like the one we are buying and stay here.

Notice the bridge you can ride across to the open desert in the middle of this pic at the bottom?
