At what point do I start paying fines and going to court for my wifes top coming off? What is the law in AZ? Do pasties count? What about body paints? A little help here......I'm tired of livin' on the edge.......not really but it sounds good.

She could get a ticket, up to having to register as a sex offender from what I read in past threads.

In Arizona Indecent Exposure is when one exposes their genitals, anus, or aereola of the female breast and another person is present, and that person, being a reasonable person, would be offended by the act.
What this boils down to is the other person has to be offended and file a complaint AND testify in court that they were offended. Basically there has to be a "victim".
If a child is present, there is a legal presumption that they would be offended and the State (Police) could act on their behalf and file the charges.
Some jurisdictions, such as Lake Havasu City, charge "disorderly Conduct" for flashers. So far it's stood up in the local courts, but I think if someone challenged it in higher court, it would be thrown out.
You would only have to register as a sex offender if the act was done intentionally, in front of a minor.
