OKay, many here have familys. Many here have spouses and live in's, etc....
What is acceptable for the typical morning showers Mon-Fri... ( I am not talking about the evening pre or post romp showers they're allowed to drag on a bit.) .....I am talking Morning Showers in a crowded house.

You can easily make a too-long shower taker get out of the shower *right now* -- just shut off the hot water valve at the water heater after they've been in for a reasonable time. :)

if there is only one bathroom available.. put an egg timer in the bathroom with them and tell everyone when the timer goes off so does the water.. at the front of the house.. :p

Just get up earlier, and be the first one in the shower. Then there are no worries. :)

I take long showers. So what. :)
I figure I pay the bill so I can take as long as I want.
BTW, I'm out of the shower before 5:30 AM and the wife is not even out of bed yet. That helps just a tad.

The beginning of my shower is like an extended part of "snooze". Washing takes about 5 miniutes...
Then there's the extra cream rinse, but that usually don't take long....

I don't have to deal with a bunch people in the morning.
I'm the first one up and in! ;) :D

I guess I fit the evil long shower taker mold. I get up at 5am every morning and usually take a 20 to 30 min shower. Now if I know someone is taking a shower after me... I make the effort to keep it to 10 mins or less...

I'm up at 4:45, grab a cup of coffee then head for the shower....usually around 15 to 20 minutes or so.
Actual times may vary depending on weather and my personal washing habits.

Nah, I've got it down to an art.... :)
It's a ritual of sorts that I'm not gonna mess with.
I need structure in my life.

Well, when I was growing up there were so many of us (11 kids) we just spit on each other and toweled off :)
Now....I take as long as shower as I want.........

In a crowded house, 5-10 minutes. If someone is always long, they get the last spot.
By the way, I like to shower first so all of my DNA gets rinsed off the walls of the shower by the water from the other shower users.

I limit the kids to 5 minutes per shower, but the wife takes forever!! Put a timer in the bathroom.

A reasonable time for myself is about 20 minutes. If I'm in the shower with a girl... bout 40 minutes. Tend to have some great conversations in the shower

Isn't that what leech lines are for?

yes... youre leach field is designed to let the water get out of the system and leave the solids. But septic tanks are designed for a 24 hour detention time... use too much water and it over loads the system.
