On May 19, 2004 EnCana successfully completed its cash tender offer for all outstanding common shares of Tom Brown, Inc. All validly tendered shares have been accepted for purchase at a price of $48.00 per share, net to the seller in cash, in accordance with the terms of the tender offer. All necessary regulatory approvals have also been received.
