I was just reading the Hot Boat Forum Rules and noticed the following text:
"Avatars. Please limit your avatar to no more than 150 pixels wide by 150 pixels high and no more than 40K for images hosted on the ***boat.com site. If you image is hosted on your bandwidth please keep the image to 135 pixels wide by 100 high and no more than 100k. People on dial-up will thank you. "
Why doesn't ***boat just set the maximum avatar size to 150x150 in the Admin CP?
Why is the resolution lower for people who host their own avatar? Is that a mistake?

That would be a mistake. It should read 150X150 for both. It is set in the control pannel, however it does not affect avatars set before the size limits were created. I am going to give it a little while longer and then we will edit/ remove oversized avatars.

MMD,
Adobe Image Ready 7.0 can resize all the frames at once.

Well don't change until they make you, but when they do here is one that fits the new rules:
