How about no one can vote if they have received welfare, unemployment, or other government subsidaries within the past 6 months....
That way no one on the government dole can vote themselves more

but unemployment thats difrent no vote if you have received for more than 6 months

According to all scolarly thinkers the down fall to capitalism will always be the public voting itself larger and larger payments form the treasury....
Many would say we have seen that happen....
In the 1800's this was not a problem, therefore the solution did not apply then.....
BTW - No one said it was permenant, or someone could not go to a charity, or a church, or get a job, only if they decided to go to the GOVERNMENT, then they would not be able to influence government decsions for a period of time...
THis is not an extremist thought

Generally a good program, small abuses probably no big deal
