She was fully covered in my opinion anyway, do we really need people to censor images that we can look at? Question, would that bikini be alright to wear in a place like, lets say Havasu? ahh, apparently so.
The rule is if it would not be printed in ***boat mag it doesn't fly here. There's actually lots of stuff here that's pretty borderline and wouldn't be printed in the mag. Vaginas and nipples however aren't borderline and would not be printed in the mag and were plainly visible in that pic covered or not.

This is a privately owned website (free for everyone to use I might add) where the site owner gets to make the rules on what gets posted and what doesn't. Hmmm, how unreasonable. There's thousands of websites you can view to see naked chicks if that's your gig. This just doesn't happen to be one of em.

BTW if you re-post a picture that a moderator or I have edited or removed you will be banned for a period of time. (the period of time will directly reflect how annoyed I am at having to go back in and edit/remove a photo 2 times)
Reasons for no porn below (again):
1. In our hosting contract (the guys who give us bandwidth) it clearly states that we cannot allow any nude or pornographic material on our site.
2. We have no age verification or warning anywhere on the site. Therefore we are not in compliance with any laws regarding pornographic websites. (we mostly don't allow under 18 because of the topics that spring up, and because the mostly do nothing but cause trouble.)
3. The people who own this site (and pay my company) have dictated that they do not want porn anywhere on the site for legal reasons. (Read "Larry")
4. Until very recently Hot Boat was still on a list of banned sites. That meant that military, library and many other computer systems blocked ***boat.com and .net by default.

Ok, that's fine but you didn't remove the pic from the 2nd thread it was on (Kilrtoy's PIC OF THE DAY thread). You only removed it from the original thread. It's not liked I saved it on my computer and reposted it. I just saw it on there and put it on this thread (which you deleted). But whatever :burningm: , if that means I get banned for a period of time, then I get banned. :mad:

Let me clarify... ***boats wishes and rules are being followed here. The mods have enforcement responsibility. We don't make the rules.
I'm the mod that killed the pic in the image center because it was in obvious violation and was putting the website in jeopardy. I initially spotted it copied down in a vdrive thread by another member. After I removed it from the IC racecarhotshoe reposted it and I removed it again... hence my warning above regarding reposting in the IC or linking to it. Immediately following that goeasy8 posted a full nudie in this thread just to piss me off I guess. While he didn't piss me off all that much goeasy8 is now on a little vacation from ***boat. Anyone that "deliberately" posts nudity and has been around long enough to know better will likely join him.
The only ones at any risk of getting banned are the ones that continually post against forum rules. Currently no one else in this thread qualifies. The rules are very plain and they are in place to protect this website's existance. If you feel the need to post nudity please do it on some other website that allows it. It isn't allowed here and ***boat has made that perfectly clear many many times now.
