Come on people. There are only a certain number of combinations that can be created. If you look around at the chart, the symbol that will appear in the crystal ball is shown more then the other symbols.

There are multiple * symbols for example 9,27 and 36
If you choose 35; 3+5=8, 35-8=27
34; 3+4=7, 34-7=27
33; 3+3=6, 33-6=27
You don't realize that you are being brought back to the same number.

ok the symbols change when you hit the button to do it again but if you just refresh your window they wont change. all the answers to the equations are the same numbers and if you hit refresh on your browser they dont change but if you click the button to try it again the symbols next to the same numbers change,basically there are only a few answers to all the equations and each has the same symbol next to it.

It's known as "The rule of nine" to us nerds with math/engineering degrees. :) Check it out. Pick any number, then look at the symbol next to the number 9. It's always the symbol you picked, as well as the symbol inthe "magic crystal ball"
