reports say that a sudden decline in water level allowed the rope to drop slightly which in turn caught the left nipple and became tangled. in a wild desperate attempt to escape, the right breast then got fully engulfed by the rope and as she squirmed franticly both breasts were held tight by the rope untill dissaster struck. onlooker were said to say that they all heard a loud pop and then saw the woman finally get released from her strangle hold. unfortunatly the hazardes waste emmitting from her breast spilled onto the water way which marine life then started floating to the surface with clogged gills and such. almost as if they were siliconed together. authorities had to evacuate the area and reports say that the water way will be shut down for the next several weeks as hazmat crews are cleaning the spill and contracting dump site to dispose of the toxicities.
More as the story developes. :D
