It is a nice 80 degrees here in Havasu today and it is only suposted to be in the 90's all week. Maybe 101 on Saturday. This sucks because that means summer is almost over! :(

The water starts to get a little cold in November.

Our last trip is usually the 3rd weekend in Oct, which is usually the Jetski world finals. Its usually about 85-90* and the water is just starting to get a lil cool. Can't be spending too much time in havasu when its jeep weather.

It's year round boating in Havasu, just need to have a jacket in the boat if you stay out till dark. Nothing better then to go boating and being the only boat around ;) When the days are cold we take the dirt bikes and guns out to the desert and have fun.

Then start again the next day!

what a big chance in temperature. When I went to work this morning I had to turn on my heater. I was a little on the cold side at 6am this morning

I know I went out about 5:30 this morning because the dog needed to go out and do her business and I was freezing. But it was better on my way to class at 9:30 windows down and no A/C! :D

yeah it's a little hard to go from 93 degrees for a low one week and 60 degrees the next. Nice thing about it I don't have to run my home's A/C that much now. Just turn on a window fan to cool down the house.

Yep...we go out to LHC year round...beautiful in the winter! We'll see all of you this weekend! Arriving Thursday night, as usual.

The weather yesterday(Monday) on our run from LHC to the Springs was beautiful, 89 according to the weather man, but when I left at 6 AM this morning, it was damn chilly. They probably won't be able to do the helicopter shots today, and a lot of the testing will be in choppy conditions. But GS, Jim Wilkes and Bob Brown are tough, they can take it...
