Where is a good source for 2ga wire at a good price?

PM HH or 1Step closer. They both used 1/0 welding cable for runs to their distribution and got it at a good rate. You're right to think that a larger diameter cable will help. Afterall you really only have about 1.5 volts to work with...

Like Roz said, I got mine from a local Airgas welding supply store. I think I paid around $1/ft for 1 gauge- much cheaper than the car audio stuff.
Any welding supply store will be able to hook you up with cable and connectors.

I got top grade Phoenix Gold 1/0 audio cable for about 1.25 a foot. Too bad I lost my bro hook up on that stuff.

hey let me know what ya need I got scocshe/efx wire/cable for deep deal prices I do all of there demo cars and always get a "little" more than I need :)

Yes, but make sure you're getting enough ground cable. The kits are for cars and usually come with about 2 meter of ground cable if you're lucky... Afterall, the closest ground in a car is chasis....

Check on Ebay under seller knukonceptz.com I purchased some 1/0 Gauge and 4 Gauge wire from them. Good price, good product, and shipped fast. Also sells the the connectors you would ever need.
