951 question.......coverage

anyone know where the coverage is for the new 951 area. I have company issues we need tofix ( advertising ).

Riverside county is now the 951,San Bernardino county and parts of LA county are still 909.

I am in Corona and both 951 and 909 work right now.

I think only Pacific Bell changed, Verizon home service is still 909. My buddy lives about 2 blocks from me. I am 951 and he is 909.
