Beaumont Launch Ramp/Marina ???

So, oh great officials of Beaumont...does the launch ramp / marina in the fine town limits of Beaumont do noise tests? Do they discriminate arbitrarely?
I realize the launch ramp / marina backs up to a mosquito infested, bacterial breeding ground, rainwater runoff, pool of water, but hey, it's all you got! :D It's a lake, that's all that matters. :p
