Roz is a good guy but on the Beaumont City Council there has been talk of him drinking too much :) Seems to be sleeping in the planters and so forth.

Found him peeing in the Baptismal Fountain last week, at least that was after he bathed in it. Anyone need to be Baptized, I will perform ceremonies this weekend...

He know nothing about what he does for a living, just pretends he does.
He is never willing to spend time with people and "esplain" things.
Even though he says he can hook you up on prices, he never does.
I could go on, but I think this summarizes it.
