You guys don't have a boat like this? :D

I haven't restored it yet but it's fun to putt around in. It's a 1959 Whitehouse with a 25 HP Evinrude Lark. Bought at an estate sale, it had been in a garage for almost 30 years...

Drank to much at a auction once back in 1988 or so and bid $200 on this thing. 1959 Texas Maid. Took it home painted it in my garage and wife and I got hammered one night and painted the mouth on it.....laughing our fool heads off the whole time. Had to be one of the most fun boats we ever had.

Pictures taken in the Sacramento Delta (Dissapointment slough) circa 1989-1990. At the time we also had a Wreidt Jet ....... but we had more fun cruising in the "Shark Boat". Wife went to the Library and got picture book of old P-40's from WWII .......we copied one

FiberGlassics is a great site. They also host the main Classic Glastron forum, for those with Glastrons and/or Carlsons. :)

Bilgewiper, that paint is too much! I love it. I'm anxious to see what rrrr does with his. But if he restores it properly, which one will he bring to CBBB? Decisions, decisions . . .

Bilgewiper;
I showed the kids the picture and they said if I painted the Rayson Craft like that they wouldn't ride in it. So I guess I'll have to go with my Normal dark green and lime flames.
Joan wanted me to do something other than green, but shark teeth apparently is not to her liking either.
:argue:
Thanks anyway!
