I need a crank shaft pulley for a 1989 Chevy dually with a 454. I've looked everywhere and it's always the wrong year. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Keith but I think it's the wrong year. I had to replace ALL the pullies, fan and radiator. (long shitty story)The only pulley left is the crank shaft pulley. I'll probablly end up going to the dealer this weekend.

Topless....call the dealer and get the part number and then order it from this place www.gmpartsdirect.com Cheapest place to get gm parts. I've tried locating the part number for you but I'm not having any luck. Best bet is to call the dealer.

You guys are awesome! I called Indiana and Placentia and they both told me it has been running on the locator system all day. Unfortunately, they haven't found one yet. I'll just have to call Graves.

I apparently hit something on the freeway and it hit my fan, got 3 holes in the radiator and got caught in the serpentine belt I guess. I just shut it down and waited for the tow truck. I never found what was in the road but it sounded like a had a blow out.

Me too I was stuck on the freeway for 2 hours between Fontana and Bloomington. I was worried that some idiot would hit my truck.

I was. I didn't stay in the truck for that very reason. I stayed off the road behind it so if it did get hit, I wouldn't be hurt. The only scary time was when a white van pulled up behind me, turned his flashers on and got out. He had a bag in his hand and started waving me down so I went over there and he said he lives just on the other side of this big drainage ditch and was worried about me and brought me something to drink. There are some good people in the IE.
