Ok so what spyware programs are you currently running? What have you tried? What worked best? What didnt work well? Just want to find out whats most popular.

I use both Spybot and Ad-Aware. Both work great with each other with no problems. Plus they are free.

I'm using Adaware and Spybot S and D also Spyware Doctor, after i scan using one i use the others to root out anything thats not caught by the other 2, have had no problems.

This is my setup as well. Works great. I don't think 1 program by itself will work sufficently anymore.

I don't use any. I monitor my computer by bringing up the task list and checking to see what's running. If I do spot something that doesn't belong, I either clean it up by manually removing the registry entries and deleting the files or in some cases running HiJackThis! to clean up the registry entries for me. I stay away from questionable web sites, don't click on ads, don't say yes to any of the "free" programs and don't run any peer to peer software so I don't have much of a problem with getting spyware. My kids tend to get more junk and what I do on their computers if I find spyware that keeps getting installed over and over I go into the IE security settings and add the spyware website names to the restricted site list.
