thinking about buying one in havasu.anyone live in a any cool condo complex's?going down tuesday to look around.

thanks cc,we are thinking about doing the same thing you do,rent it out all winter and some in the summer.we go mainly to parker but need to start going other places so havasu is perfect.

or I have a buddy selling a KILLER detached house for 240K. And its REALLY NICE! 2bd/2ba nice garage, room for RV garage next to it. NO H.O.A's or associations to worry about OR PAY FOR!..... I have pics on my office computer if your interested.

I 2nd that, used to have one there too. The newer ones are in the back and are pretty nice. Don't know what they are going for these days, prob. dont wanna know since mine sold about 8 years ago before the boom

Mine is one of the newer ones in the back I think maybe 6 to 8 years newer then the lower ones. They are going from 159000.00 TO 165000.00 depends on model. I have herd that the snowbirds like the condos better then a single family detached home because of the other snowbirds in the complex I guess they like to socialize alot plus mine is very centerally located.

come on john you think i could own your condo and stare at my old pad all day long.naaaaaaaaaa thanks for the offer.we are heading down this afternoon to look at some places tommorow.toby i wish i was wanting to spend that much but not this time around just got out of the big river mortage.
