Same thing that made me abort the run in the 23' quad rotor boat the year before. The water was smoother this year.
No wake zone man miles in every direction.

RiverDave---That was the rollers that everbody was hitting on Saturday. Callen broke the rudder off their boat running about 200mph right before the run in #1.

Some spooky hops for sure. But the boat flew nice and flat and landed nicley. Still a major pucker factor I'm sure.

Holy crap, those hops were freakin nutty! That'd scare the F outta anyone, I don't care who ya are. :D
Vid three was sweet. So flat & smooth and you could hear every flick of the sticks when the rpm ramped. Never heard motors sound like that. Awesome!
That was killer! :2purples:  :2purples:

Love the sound of the blowers.

The reason the engs. sound the way they do is because of the blower rotor sound not being muffled by the bug catcher ( there is no flame arrestor to muffle the sound) The engs. in the video are turning 6500 RPM !!!
This boat is FOR SALE , because we are building a new skater , this thing is going to run in excess of 200 MPH !!!!
