They do that show in Thailand all the time, usually they have those Croc's so sedated that they just lie there. The guy puts his arm and head and all sorts of stuff in the mouth. Usually it is fairly lame to watch. Nothing fun like that ever happened while I was there. Would have made it quite a bit more interesting.
