Your barking up the wrong tree there. You need to ask Urinator4life. :squiggle:

Torshion (sp) Keys will do the job with a few turns of the bars.

You should let the air out of your back tires. Run them really soft and almost flat. Your truck will be level and will ride great. :cool:
Or you could just run stock tires on the front, and a smaller size on the back. That's the other alternative. :D

just for the info, i tried the 285's without doing the anything and they will not work, there was a guy there with an HD and just putting the 285's on an they work fine, the extra clearance from the body lift works wonders.
to clear the 285's i will have to use HH's idea (the torsion bars will go up about 2" but still seemed like it wasn't enough without doing some cutting), i am going to do more work on it this weekend when i have more time.
i wish that they would offer the allison with the 2" more of body clearance, but i thought you would like to know....

just for the info, i tried the 285's without doing the anything and they will not work, there was a guy there with an HD and just putting the 285's on an they work fine, the extra clearance from the body lift works wonders.
to clear the 285's i will have to use HH's idea (the torsion bars will go up about 2" but still seemed like it wasn't enough without doing some cutting), i am going to do more work on it this weekend when i have more time.

Put new torshion keys on so you dont get the tight front end when turning the torshion bars alone.

You're also running an Allison tranny right?
To clear the Allison in the tranny tunnel, the truck has a 2" body lift from the factory. Chris doesn't have the Allison in his. Hence the problem. ;)
