Mine is rated for 13,000 lbs

tongue should be just a hair higher than level with the rest of the frame. why not get a nice polished stainless hitch? be glad you did a year down the road-.02 -Jas

If its a tandem trailer the pivot between the springs should be level at tow height.

It should be 17"-19" to the top of the ball to the ground.

the cheapest way go to pep boys get the chrome spray paint then paint your current slider :D :D :D .carry the can you can always add the fresh chrome look

Ok, what if you have a lowered truck? Can you flip one of them drop hitches over and get a riser hitch or do they have a special setup for lowered trucks?
