I've got a trailer that's really starting to show it's age, and need someone in South Orange Co. to revive it. Anybody have any experience with trailer refurbishment? I was thinking about taking it to a body shop, but most don't have any means of removing the boat from it. Needs paint, fiberglass repair (fenders), and hitch replacement. Maybe a new trailer is in order?

If you can haul it to Gardena you should take it to Wallstrong Trailer. They can do whatever you need from wheel bearings to repair and restoration. They can take your boat off the trailer too:)
Wallstrong Trailer 310-527-5555. Ask for Bob, tell them Marcus sent you

Just need tandem fenders. It's a competitive trailer with the glass fenders on it. They're all messed up too.

Why don't you call Competitive and have them do it?

Can't find any information on them. Do you know where they are located?

You bet...they are in Bellflower. I had an old Competitive and it was pretty well rusted out too. Needed a complete overhaul. After an exhausted search, I finally went with a new Extreme. Glad I did, it costs a little extra, but worth every penny. I dealt with Eddie at Extreme and could not have had a better experience.
