I can always tell, I will go for about three or four days only wanting hot tea with lemon & honey with toast. Sure enough within a couple days I'm sick :(

Take that Airborne stuff when you first feel it and it goes by much quicker. Zinc also helps make the cold go by faster(ie Zicam) :coffeycup
