the house is listed right now for 217k but i will be willing to sell it by owner to a fellow ***boat member for 195k. paperwork and financing can be supplied to anyone for a deal by my buddy who is a lender.

Count the panes in the garage door....4 panes is a 7' door , 5 panes is an 8'door. Seems like a reasonable price for that area, it should sell without to much of a problem.

Corey, I just looked it up on a Havasu map. It is on the far south end of town. Mapquest So. McCuooloch and find Arizona. Those are the major cross streets. It is south of Mcculloch, and north of Arizona. Nice part of town. It is lake side of Horizon Six if you know where that is.

ive also got a new pad bein built on fremont right down the street from the herbst station. it faces the highway and has a very nice front lake view with a corner lot. its located right next to a nice santa fe model.
its a 3bd 2ba RV garage home....54ft deep....2 car 24ft with 8ft door. granite counters and tile throughout. i want 350k for that one if anyone is intrested. thanks.

just some advice here, not knockin your deal. You have to have a signed listing before it will go to MLS. also I would be careful of statements like "I will kick him some cash if I sell it". Unless he is the broker, all monies go thru the broker, if not............well, you don't want to get caught doing that. and neither does he. under the table payments are a no no in this biz. Good luck to on selling, I wish I still had my 2 homes there, could have tripled my money by now. Just do it legally, not worth the hassle or your buddies license if someone drops a dime on you.

Always amazes me when someone pushes to sell something...interested buyer goes well out of their way to check it out and make a FULL ASKING PRICE offer not to hear back from the seller!!!!????
My recommendation is not to advertise something for sale if you don't intend to follow-up with the interested parties!!!
