1971 - Toyota Landcruiser, great condition inside and out, all original, original paint, in-line 6 cylinder, 3 spd (3 on the tree), original hardtop, original fold down side jump seats in rear, rear heater, minor body rust(see pics), recently rebuilt/restored transmission, transfer case, and diff's; has newer 4-runner wheels and m/t tires, also have original wheels...$5000obo.
Perfect Landcruiser for a full Restoration or drop in a V8 and auto tranny and have one hell of a great rock crawler or offroad toy.

This one belongs to my older brother in Utah, man I tell you if I had the cash I'd by it myself. Throw a FI V8 and a 400Turbo in and go anywhere. This one is almost too original to start hacking up though.

Yeah the thing looks sweet, like i said i miss mine, i still keep in touch with the guy that bought it from me, says he'll sell it back to me but double what i sold it to him for . Tempting but i'd rather spned the money on new street bike or more boat parts.

I had a 1970 Land Cruiser. 3 on the tree, vacuum operated transfer case, straight six. The damn thing would climb Mt. Everest if I wanted to.
Sold it in 1980 to a local here in Parker for $2,000. :(
Saw it about 10 years ago sitting rusting in the back yard of some guys house in Lakeside. One day I noticed it wasn't there, and aksed about it.
Turned out HE sold it for $500.
Wish I had it back.

Yeah these things are great. Put it in granny gear and they'll just about idle up anything. Our friend has a 72 and take it to Glamis. Straight 6 cyl. 32" tires and he cruises up Olds' and Comp hill like they were nothing makes my $40k+ lifted supercharged truck look bad everytime. If I had the room and wasn't working on making a baby this thing would be mine. :D
