Need picture help

Hey guys,
I know how to post pictures, I have done it many times before. Now when I click on the picture link to insert the picture the new window to put your picture link into does not appear. Why is this????? Like I said before, I have posted before, and it was not until the other day that this started to happen. For a while I thought it was operator error but now I am thinking its not my fault. Any input would be appreciated.

worked for me.........1 post was missing [img] at the beginning......and the other was missing the tag at the end.

make sure you use the right tags......yours is missing the / at the end

I can't post just pictures but when I try to insert smilies they don't come up. This is all I get with a pic [IMG] and this is a smilie :messedup: or :D So I need to figure out what is up with my computer or something. I think it might be the Norton Internet Security. May have to take it off and see what happens.

I generally know how to post pics on web sites, however have never done so here. When I try to attach it says picture type invalid, eventhough it is a .jpg.... any ideas?
