New or old boat? If possible, go to the builder and have them make you a new seat.

Any of the reputable Boat specialized Upholstrey shops can mimick a new one for you. Happened to Mandelon last year too.

Heck, Eliminator made me one for free a couple years back for one that flew out of my Eliminator...and the boat was 4 years old at the time......not saying that is the norm, but it was really cool...they re-upholstered three and made a 4th all for free....way cool on their part.

You obviously didn't pay attention in Her's Nova thread.
Otherwise you would have a suggestion for a rear bench seat:

Although that seat is mighty fine councellor......It will not qualify the boat as a second home for tax purposes.....Jordy ...you are the weakest link....goodbye.... :D :D

I ordered a new one from Lavey, and they had it for me in a couple of days. Charged like $150 I think, but I wasn't the original owner. :(
Any good upholstery shop that does boats should be able to copy it for you.
I personally sit on all my seats to squish em down into the velcro now.
