I would say anytime in April. If you want to party with the young college crowd it should be good most of the month. Most schools don't have the same spring break so every week a new crowd usually shows up.

It's been a long tome for me, but, I would imagine you can catch a good crowd just about anytime in March. Schools stagger the breaks so it's pretty much a month long, or longer, deal. If you haven't made any reservations for lodging you might wanna do it now. I'm sure you can also look on a specific school's website to check the dates.
If I remember correctly Havasu is WAY more crowded for Spring Break than Parker. Not even sure if Parker gets too crazy at all during that time.
I'm much too old for all that now so I'll wait for the kids to go home. :)

From my experiance from March- April, you have to go last minute depending on the forecast. One weekend it could be hi 80's the next weekend clouds, wind and rain. Water is still colder then sh*t till about Memorial weekend. :hammer2:

I remember one spring break in 99, my friends had the time of their lives the weekend prior to us going. I was all excited, showed up to white caps, 50 degree weather, and pouring rain! We tried to make the best of it though. :hammerhea :)
